My cat was put to sleep due to cancer. The day I picked up the ashes, the woman was very kind and caring. Handed me some brochures and wanted to know if I had any questions. The box I received was very elegant, it is displayed in a prominent area. I had another cat cremated and those ashes were put into a metal container. It was okay, but not like the box.
